To qualify for the EU-Cameroon EPA preferential rate on HS 1516, products must satisfy the origin rule of type wholly obtained (WO). A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture in which: - all the materials of chapter 2 used must be wholly obtained - all the vegetable materials used must be wholly obtained. However, materials of heading 1507, heading 1508, heading 1511 and heading 1513 may be used.
Manufacture from materials classified in a heading other than that of the product, in accordance with Appendix 2A of the Origin Reference Document.
