To qualify for the EU-Cameroon EPA preferential rate on HS 1905, products must satisfy the origin rule of type change of tariff heading (CTH). A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading except those of chapter 11.
Manufacture in which all the products of chapter 11 used are originating, in accordance with Appendix 2A of the Origin Reference Document.
