To qualify for the EU-Cameroon EPA preferential rate on HS 2303, products must satisfy the origin rule of type maximum non-originating materials (MaxNOM). A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies. 3 specific rules apply to this code under this agreement.
Manufacture in which the value of all the materials used does not exceed 60% of the ex-works price of the product, in accordance with Appendix 2A of the Origin Reference Document.
