To qualify for the EU-Cameroon EPA preferential rate on HS 8215, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture in which all the materials used is classified within a heading other than that of the product. However, handles of base metal may be used.
