A change from any other subheading, provided that: - the net weight of non-originating asparagus, beans, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, courgettes, cucumbers, gherkins, globe artichokes, mushrooms, onions, peas, potatoes, sweet corn, sweet peppers and tomatoes of chapter 7 used in production does not exceed 20% of the net weight of the product, and - the net weight of non-originating vegetables of chapter 7 used in production does not exceed 50% of the net weight of the product.
