To qualify for the CETA preferential rate on HS 1702, products must satisfy the origin rule of type CTH + MaxNOM. A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
A change from any other heading, except from subheading 170191 or subheading 170199, provided that the net weight of non-originating material of heading 1101 to heading 1108, subheading 170111 or subheading 170112 or heading 1703 used in production does not exceed 20% of the net weight of the product.
