A change from subheading 410441, subheading 410449, subheading 410530, subheading 410622, subheading 410632 or subheading 410692, whether or not there is also a change from any other heading, provided that materials of subheading 410441, subheading 410449, subheading 410530, subheading 410622, subheading 410632 or subheading 410692 undergo a retanning operation in the territory of a Party.
