To qualify for the CETA preferential rate on HS 6001-6006, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Spinning of natural or man-made staple fibres or extrusion of man-made filament yarn, in each case accompanied by knitting.
Knitting, accompanied by dyeing, flocking or coating.
Dyeing of yarn of natural fibres accompanied by knitting.
Twisting or texturing, accompanied by knitting provided that the value of the non-twisted or non-textured yarns used does not exceed 47.5% of the transaction value or ex-works price of the product.
