Twisting or texturing, accompanied by knitting provided that the value of the non-twisted or non-textured yarns used does not exceed 47.5% of the transaction value or ex-works price of the product.
Flocking, accompanied by dyeing or printing.
Dyeing of yarn of natural fibres accompanied by knitting.
Printing or dyeing, accompanied by at least two preparatory or finishing operations (such as scouring, bleaching, mercerizing, heat setting, raising, calendering, shrink resistance processing, permanent finishing, decatising, impregnating, mending and burling), provided that the value of the non-originating fabric does not exceed 47.5% of the transaction value or ex-works price of the product.
