To qualify for the EU-CARIFORUM EPA preferential rate on HS 1102-1105, products must satisfy the origin rule of type wholly obtained (WO). A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture in which all the cereals, edible vegetables, roots and tubers of heading 0714 or fruit used must be wholly obtained.
