To qualify for the EU-Central America preferential rate on HS 1503, products must satisfy the origin rule of type wholly obtained (WO). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except that of the product in which all die vegetal materials of heading 1511 and heading 1513 used are wholly obtained.
