To qualify for the EU-Central America preferential rate on HS 1904, products must satisfy the origin rule of type MaxNOM + CTH. A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture: - from materials of any heading, except those of heading 1006 and heading 1806, - in which all the materials of chapter 11 are originating, and - in which the value of all the materials of chapter 17 used does not exceed 30% of the ex-works price of the product.
