To qualify for the EU-Central America preferential rate on HS 4114, products must satisfy the origin rule of type maximum non-originating materials (MaxNOM). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies. 2 specific rules apply to this code under this agreement.
Manufacture from materials of heading 4104 to heading 4106, heading 4107, heading 4112 or heading 4113, provided that their total value does not exceed 50% of the ex-works price of the product.
