To qualify for the EU-Central America preferential rate on HS 8511-8515, products must satisfy the origin rule of type MaxNOM + CTH. A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture: - from materials of any heading, except that of the product, and - in which the value of all the materials used does not exceed 40% of the ex-works price of the product.
