To qualify for the EU-Central America preferential rate on HS 9608, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except that of the product. However, materials of subheading 960891 or subheading 960899 may be used.
