To qualify for the Ceuta & Melilla preferential rate on HS 2001, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except that of the good, in which the weight of sugar used does not exceed 40% of the weight of the final good.
