To qualify for the EU-Chile preferential rate on HS 2915, products must satisfy the origin rule of type maximum non-originating materials (MaxNOM). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading. However, the value of all the materials of heading 2915 and heading 2916 used must not exceed 20% of the ex-works price of the product.
