To qualify for the EU-Andean preferential rate on HS 1108, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies. 2 specific rules apply to this code under this agreement.
Manufacture: - from materials of any heading, except that of the product, and - in which the weight of yellow maize of heading 1005 used does not exceed 20% of the total weight of the product.
