To qualify for the EU-Andean preferential rate on HS 7607, products must satisfy the origin rule of type change of tariff heading (CTH). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except those of heading 7606 and heading 7607.
Manufacture in which the value of all the materials used does not exceed 50% of the ex-works price of the product.
