To qualify for the EU-EAC EPA preferential rate on HS 1702, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except that of the product in which the weight of the materials of heading 1101 to heading 1108, heading 1701 and heading 1703 does not exceed 30% of the weight of the final product.
