To qualify for the EEA/EFTA preferential rate on HS 1904, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except that of the product, in which: - the weight of the materials of heading 1006 and heading 1101 to heading 1108 used does not exceed 20% of the weight of the final product, and - the weight of sugar used does not exceed 40% of the weight of the final product.
