To qualify for the EEA/EFTA preferential rate on HS 2402, products must satisfy the origin rule of type wholly obtained (WO). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies. 2 specific rules apply to this code under this agreement.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except that of the product and of smoking tobacco of subheading 240319, in which at least 10% by weight of all materials of heading 2401 used is wholly obtained.
