To qualify for the EEA/EFTA preferential rate on HS 5006, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies. 2 specific rules apply to this code under this agreement.
Spinning of natural fibres.
Extrusion of man-made continuous filament combined with spinning.
Twisting combined with any mechanical operation. For special conditions relating to products made of a mixture of textile materials, see Introductory Note 6.
