To qualify for the EEA/EFTA preferential rate on HS 5806-5809, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.

Tufting combined with dyeing or with printing.
Flocking combined with dyeing or with printing.
Yarn dyeing combined with weaving.
Weaving combined with printing.
