To qualify for the EU-ESA EPA preferential rate on HS 1301, products must satisfy the origin rule of type maximum non-originating materials (MaxNOM). A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture in which the value of any materials of heading 1301 used may not exceed 50% of the ex-works price of the product.
