To qualify for the EU-ESA EPA preferential rate on HS 7308, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies.

7308Structures (excluding prefabricated buildings of heading No 9406) and parts of structures (for example, bridges and bridge-sections, lock-gates, towers, lattice masts, roofs, roofing frame- works, doors and windows and their frames and thresholds for doors, shutters, balustrades, pillars and columns), of iron or steel; plates, rods, angles, shapes, sections, tubes and the like, prepared for use in structures, of iron or steel

Manufacture in which all the materials used are classified within a heading other than that of the product. However, welded angles, shapes and sections of heading 7301 may not be used.
