To qualify for the EU-Faroe Islands preferential rate on HS 1516, products must satisfy the origin rule of type wholly obtained (WO). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture in which: - all the materials of chapter 2 used are wholly obtained, and - all the vegetable materials used are wholly obtained. However, materials of heading 1507, heading 1508, heading 1511 and heading 1513 may be used.
