To qualify for the EU-Faroe Islands preferential rate on HS 4909, products must satisfy the origin rule of type change of tariff heading (CTH). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except those of heading 4909 and heading 4911.
