To qualify for the EU-Faroe Islands preferential rate on HS 7901, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except that of the product. However, waste and scrap of heading 7902 may not be used.
