To qualify for the EU-Georgia preferential rate on HS 8518, products must satisfy the origin rule of type maximum non-originating materials (MaxNOM). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies. 2 specific rules apply to this code under this agreement.
Manufacture in which: - the value of all the materials used does not exceed 40% of the ex-works price of the product, and - the value of all the non-originating materials used does not exceed the value of all the originating materials used.
