To qualify for the EU-Ghana EPA preferential rate on HS 2202, products must satisfy the origin rule of type MaxNOM + CTH. A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture in which: - all the materials used are classified within a heading other than that of the product - the value of any materials of chapter 17 used does not exceed 30% of the ex‐works price of the product - all the fruit juice used (except that of pineapple, lime or grapefruit) is originating.
