To qualify for the EU-Israel preferential rate on HS 2208, products must satisfy the origin rule of type WO + CTH. A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture: - from materials of any heading, except heading 2207 or heading 2208, and - in which all the grapes or materials derived from grapes used are wholly obtained or, if all the other materials used are already originating, arrack may be used up to a limit of 5% by volume.
