To qualify for the JEFTA preferential rate on HS 1702, products must satisfy the origin rule of type CTH + MaxNOM. A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
CTH: All non-originating materials used in the production of the good have undergone a change in tariff classification at the 4-digit level (tariff heading), provided that: the weight of non-originating materials of heading 0404 used does not exceed 10% of the weight of the product.
10% weightThe total weight of non-originating materials of heading 1101 to heading 1108 used does not exceed 10% of the weight of the product, and the total weight of non-originating materials of heading 1701 and heading 1703 used does not exceed 20% of the weight of the product.
