To qualify for the JEFTA preferential rate on HS 2203-2208, products must satisfy the origin rule of type wholly obtained (WO). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
CTH: All non-originating materials used in the production of the good have undergone a change in tariff classification at the 4-digit level (tariff heading) except from heading 2207 and heading 2208, provided that: - all the materials of subheading 080610, subheading 200961 and subheading 200969 used are wholly obtained, and - the weight of non-originating materials of chapter 4 used does not exceed 40% of the weight of the product, and - the total weight of non-originating materials of heading 1701 and heading 1702 used does not exceed 40% of the weight of the product.
