To qualify for the JEFTA preferential rate on HS 2209, products must satisfy the origin rule of type wholly obtained (WO). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
CTH: All non-originating materials used in the production of the good have undergone a change in tariff classification at the 4-digit level (tariff heading) except from heading 2207 and heading 2208, provided that all the materials of heading 1006 and subheading 080610, subheading 200961 and subheading 200969 used are wholly obtained.
