To qualify for the JEFTA preferential rate on HS 5810, products must satisfy the origin rule of type maximum non-originating materials (MaxNOM). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Embroidering in which the value of non-originating materials of any heading, except that of the product, used does not exceed 50% of the ex-works price (EXW) or 45% of the Free on Board (FOB) cost of the product.
