To qualify for the JEFTA preferential rate on HS 7307, products must satisfy the origin rule of type change of tariff heading (CTH). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies. 2 specific rules apply to this code under this agreement.
CTH: All non-originating materials used in the production of the good have undergone a change in tariff classification at the 4-digit level (tariff heading) except from forged blanks of heading 7207.
However, non-originating forged blanks of heading 7207 may be used, provided that their value does not exceed 50% of the ex-works price (EXW) or 45% of the Free on Board (FOB) cost of the product.
