To qualify for the EU-Kenya EPA preferential rate on HS 0309, products must satisfy the origin rule of type wholly obtained (WO). A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies.
All fish and crustaceans, molluscs and other aquatic invertebrates are wholly obtained.
