To qualify for the EU-Kenya EPA preferential rate on HS 2006-2007, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except that of the product, in which the weight of sugar does not exceed 40% of the weight of the final product.
