To qualify for the EU-Kenya EPA preferential rate on HS 2403-2404, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 15% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading in which the weight of materials of chapter 24 used does not exceed 30% of the total weight of materials of chapter 24 used.
