To qualify for the EU-Korea FTA preferential rate on HS 1107-1109, products must satisfy the origin rule of type wholly obtained (WO). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture in which all the materials of chapter 7, chapter 8, chapter 10, chapter 11 and chapter 23 used are wholly obtained.
