To qualify for the EU-Korea FTA preferential rate on HS 1501, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from meat or edible offal of swine of heading 0203 or heading 0206 or of meat and edible offal of poultry of heading 0207. However, bones of heading 0506 may not be used.
