To qualify for the EU-Korea FTA preferential rate on HS 2001-2005, products must satisfy the origin rule of type MaxNOM + WO. A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture in which: all the fruit, nuts or vegetables of chapter 7, chapter 8 and chapter 12 used are wholly obtained, and the value of all the materials of chapter 17 used does not exceed 30% of the ex-works price of the product.
