To qualify for the EU-Korea FTA preferential rate on HS 2207, products must satisfy the origin rule of type WO + CTH. A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture: from materials of any heading, except heading 2207 or heading 2208, and in which all the grapes or materials derived from grapes used are wholly obtained.
