To qualify for the EU-Korea FTA preferential rate on HS 6401-6405, products must satisfy the origin rule of type change of tariff heading (CTH). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except from assemblies of uppers affixed to inner soles or to other sole components of heading 6406.
Manufacture in which the value of all the materials used does not exceed 50% of the ex-works price of the product.
