To qualify for the EU-Lebanon preferential rate on HS 3003-3004, products must satisfy the origin rule of type maximum non-originating materials (MaxNOM). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies. 2 specific rules apply to this code under this agreement.
Manufacture: - from materials of any heading, except that of the product. However, materials of heading 3003 and heading 3004 may be used, provided that their total value does not exceed 20% of the ex-works price of the product, and - in which the value of all the materials used does not exceed 50% of the ex-works price of the product.
