To qualify for the EU-Lebanon preferential rate on HS 3702, products must satisfy the origin rule of type change of tariff heading (CTH). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture from materials of any heading, except those of heading 3701 and heading 3702.
Manufacture in which the value of all the materials used does not exceed 40% of the ex-works price of the product.
