To qualify for the EU-Mexico preferential rate on HS 1904, products must satisfy the origin rule of type maximum non-originating materials (MaxNOM). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies.
Manufacture: - from materials not classified within heading 1806. - in which all the cereals and flour (except durum wheat and Zea indurata maize and their derivatives used must be wholly obtained, - in which the value of any materials of chapter 17 used does not exceed 30% of the ex-works price of the product.
