Printing accompanied by at least two preparatory or finishing operations (such as scouring, bleaching, mercerising, heat setting, raising, calendering, shrink resistance processing, permanent finishing, decatising, impregnating, mending and burling) where the value of the unprinted fabric used does not exceed 47.5% of the ex-works price of the product. The printing rule shall apply only to exports from the UK to Mexico for an aggregate annual quote of 260 400 m2. This quota will be allocated by Mexico on a "first come, first served" basis. See Note 3 to Appendix II(a).
