To qualify for the EU-Mexico preferential rate on HS 9006, products must satisfy the origin rule of type specific processing (SP). A tolerance of 10% of the ex-works value applies. 3 specific rules apply to this code under this agreement.
Manufacture in which all the materials used are classified within a heading other than that of the product, except for materials from heading 9002 and heading 9033.
